Pedestrian Struck, Killed Is 4th In Camden County Town Since Thanksgiving A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in Waterford Township, authorities said. It marked the fourth fatal pedestrian crash in Waterford since Thanksgiving, according to prior news reports. The most recent pedestrian fatality was at about 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26 on Old White Horse Pike, according to New Jersey State Police statistics. Waterford police declined to release any details about Friday's crash. Atco Motel Crash Three pedestrians were struck, killing one and leaving two with serious injuries, on Friday, Dec. 29 in Camden County, police said. The trio were struck outside of the Atco Motel in Waterford around 5:25 p.m., local police said. One was pronounced dead at the scene while the other two were airlifted to the hospital, police said.
