Police ID Drowning Victim At Dangerous NJ Lake As 18-Year-Old Trespasser
A teen swimmer has died after being pulled from a notoriously dangerous and privately owned lake in Manchester Township. Victor Arias-Peralta, 18, of Perth Amboy drowned at Crystal Lake on Monday, July 29, the Manchester Township Police Department said in a news release. Dive teams pulled a drowning swimmer from a privately-owned New Jersey lake Monday evening, July 29. According to Whiting Fire Company Station 33, multiple rescue agencies were called to Heritage Mineral's Crystal Lake in Manchester around 6:55 p.m. for a submerged individual. 30-Year-Old Man Followed Women At Route 46 Target
A 30-year-old Allamuchy man was recently charged with trespassing after he returned to a Target on Route 46 after being ordered to leave, authorities said. The man, who was not identified by officers, had been following women around the Hackettstown Target and behaving in an inappropriate manner, Washington Township police said in a release. He was released pending a court appearance, police said.
