Teacher Gets 10 Years After Recording Upskirt Photos Of Students: Sussex County Prosecutor A 41-year-old Hopatcong teacher was sentenced to 10 years in prison on Friday, Nov. 15, after pleading guilty to illegally recording upskirt photos of his female students, authorities said. Michael Wagner made the recordings while teaching at Pope John XXIII and Reverend Brown schools, Acting Sussex County Prosecutor Carolyn A.
