Tragedy Strikes Again: NJ Family Killed In Second Fire A woman who was displaced by a fire months ago is reeling again in New Jersey after a second blaze claimed the life of her own mother and two children over the weekend in Essex County. At around 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 13, the West Orange Fire Department responded to a kitchen fire on Liberty Street, where they were met by heavy smoke and three unresponsive victims inside the home. Runaway Tractor Rams Carlstadt Home No injuries were reported after a tractor barreled down a steep hill and into a Carlstadt home. The trailer-less tractor "had an almost a perfect landing," a witness said, when it rolled directly down Broad Street and into the garage door of the 6th Street home around 8:30 p.m. Sunday, June 9.
