Man Admits To Driving High On Meth, Injuring Four People In Toms River Crash: Prosecutors A Jackson Township man admitted to driving a stolen pickup while high on methamphetamine in a crash that injured another man and three children, authorities said. Arrest Made In Hit-Run Crash That Left Pedestrian, 25, Critical In Toms River: Police A 60-year-old Toms River man has been charged in connection with a crash that left a 25-year-old man critical earlier this week. Stacy Jordan was heading north on Massachusetts Avenue when it struck the Toms River pedestrian around 9:40 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21, and fled the scene, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D.
