Pedestrian Killed, Vehicle Flees In Egg Harbor Township: Police A pedestrian was struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash on the Black Horse Pike Tuesday night, Feb. 18, Egg Harbor Township police said. Officers responded to the crash around 8 p.m. in front of the Economy Inn in the West Atlantic City section of the township, authorities said. The driver took off, and police are still working to identify both the pedestrian and the vehicle involved. The westbound lanes of the Black Horse Pike are shut down as the investigation continues. Missing Man, 85, Found During Late Night Thunderstorms At South Jersey Golf Course An elderly man was found at an Atlantic County golf course overnight after he went missing for several hours in severe weather, authorities said. In a news release, Egg Harbor Township police said 85-year-old Mu Lee was reunited with his family at around 12:20 a.m. on Wednesday, July 17. Employees at Green Tree Golf Course reported him missing at around 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16. Green Tree workers told police they were worried Lee hadn't been seen for several hours.
