Man Who Sold Drugs With Teen In Atlantic City Convenience Store Sentenced: Prosecutors
A Galloway Township man will spend at least three years in prison for several crimes including selling crack cocaine with a teen, authorities said. Halim Fisher, 26, was sentenced on Monday, Oct. 28 to six years in state prison, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. He pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a handgun, eluding police, and possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute on Monday, Aug. 12. Jersey Shore Ex-Con Pleads Guilty To Cocaine, Gun Charges: Prosecutors
A Barnegat ex-convict admitted to selling cocaine and having a gun, authorities said. Clifford Holland, 48, pleaded guilty on Monday, Sept. 9 to two charges, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release on Wednesday, Sept. 11. He was arrested in Barnegat on Friday, Feb. 23. Police executed a search warrant at a home on Gunning River Road. Detectives seized an undisclosed amount of cocaine and a .22-caliber revolver. Atlantic City Cocaine Dealer With Homemade Billy Club Pleads Guilty, Prosecutors Say
An Atlantic City man admitted to selling cocaine and having several weapons, including a homemade billy club, authorities said. Earnest Carroll, 69, pleaded guilty on Wednesday, July 31 to second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and second-degree manufacturing/distributing cocaine.
