The incident occurred at 10:47 p.m. on December 31, 2024, at the intersection of Maryland Avenue and Absecon Boulevard, according to the Atlantic City Police Department. When officers arrived, they found a 38-year-old Atlantic City man suffering from injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. South Jersey Woman Strikes Overpass, Dies In I-87 Crash In Northern NY: Troopers A New Jersey woman was killed when her vehicle overturned and crashed into an overpass in upstate New York's Capital Region, authorities said. Jennifer Okoro-Ibiam, 42, of Pemberton, died in the Warren County crash in Queensbury, on Monday, Nov. 18, New York State Police said in a news release.
