Four men have been arrested in connection with a drive-by shooting that sent bullets flying through a Hackensack neighborhood last summer, authorities said.
Quayyan R. Horton, 36, of Jersey City; Charles E. Kirkland, 36, of Newark; Nafee A. Horton, 33, of Newark; and Hakeem J. A 32-year-old New York man is facing charges in Paramus, NJ for pretending he was held at knifepoint in one location when, in fact, he was burglarizing another, police said.
