A Brick Township man was killed when he lost control of his motorcycle at an intersection, authorities said. Horace Giambona, 64, died in the crash on Wednesday, Oct. 23, the Brick Township Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to the wreck at the intersection of Brick and Yorktowne boulevards at around 2:34 p.m. Investigators said Giambona was traveling north on Brick Boulevard and approached the intersection. A 58-year-old New Jersey attorney and lobbyist was killed in Nashville, TN on Saturday, Oct. 19 after he was struck by a vehicle, authorities said. Michael O'Connell, of Belmar, was crossing the street with the walk light when he was struck by 2009 Dodge pickup truck attempting to make a left turn, Nashville police said in a release. A 29-year-old man who had gotten out of his car on the Atlantic City Expressway was struck and killed by a passing vehicle over the weekend, authorities said. Two separate crashes were causing delays on New Jersey highways Thursday afternoon, Oct. 17. The NJDOT site shows a vehicle overturned on Route 130 in Hamilton Township (Mercer County) in the northbound lanes around 2 p.m. It happened north of I-195 and closed one right lane. Then, on Route 295, a crash took out two right lanes in the northbound lanes south of Exit 40 in Mount Laurel. Delays between 10 and 20 minutes were reported for each.

A northeast Pennsylvania man was dead and another man was airlifted after a head-on crash on the Jersey Shore, officials said. Thomas Grau, 55, of Falls, PA, died in the crash in Dennis Township on Tuesday, Oct. 15, a New Jersey State Police spokesperson said. A Wildwood woman died after an early morning crash on the Garden State Parkway in Port Republic, authorities said. Audrey McCash, 75, was killed in the crash on Saturday, Sept. 28, a state police spokesperson said. Troopers responded to the wreck near milepost 46.6 on the southbound side of the parkway at around 12:26 a.m. Investigators said a Subaru Outback went off the parkway and struck several trees. One Hospitalized In Early-Morning 3-Car Crash In Camden County, Firefighters Say
One person was hospitalized in an early-morning crash in Camden County Wednesday, Sept. 25, firefighters said. The Lawnside Fire Department responded to the crash, along with Magnolia Fire Co. Squad 29, at approximately 5 a.m., the LFD said on Facebook. Photos show that the crash happened along Route 30, outside of the Lawnside Commons on Route 30 and involved a pickup truck and two other vehicles. One patient was transported to the hospital by Magnolia Ambulance Corps, according to the LFD. All lanes had reopened as of 8:30 a.m.

Woman, 65, Dies When SUV Strikes Guardrail, Crashing Into South Jersey Woods: Troopers
A Millville woman was killed when her SUV crashed into the woods in Maurice River Township, authorities said. Alice Ferraro, 65, died in the crash on Friday, Sept. 20, a state police spokesperson. Troopers responded to Route 347 North near milepost 7.5 at around 11:41 a.m. Investigators said Ferraro was driving a Honda CR-V when the SUV went off the left side of the road. The Honda crashed through a guardrail and went into nearby woods. Ferraro was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remained under investigation, troopers said.
