An employee at the Target store in Wall Township was accused of trying to take pictures up a woman's skirt, authorities said. David Sutton, 20, was charged with invasion of privacy, obstruction of the administration of justice, and harassment, the Wall Township Police Department said in a news release on Wednesday, Aug. 28. Former Ocean City Lifeguard Sentenced After Sexual Misconduct Investigation
A former Ocean City lifeguard and Atlantic County teacher avoided jail time after he was accused of sexual misconduct, authorities said. Jonathan Howell, 42, of Marmora, was sentenced on Tuesday, June 18 to four years probation, Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland said in a news release. Howell was a member of the Ocean City Beach Patrol and a teacher in the Pleasantville School District. A Philadelphia woman was accused of dunking a boy underwater in a pool and groping his father at a Cape May County motel, authorities said. Fallan Turner, 43, was arrested on Monday, June 17, the Wildwood Crest Police Department said in a news release.
