Galloway Man Who Sold Drugs With Teen In Atlantic City Convenience Store Sentenced: Prosecutors A Galloway Township man will spend at least three years in prison for several crimes including selling crack cocaine with a teen, authorities said. Halim Fisher, 26, was sentenced on Monday, Oct. 28 to six years in state prison, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. He pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a handgun, eluding police, and possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute on Monday, Aug. 12.
