Daniel Ringgold, 37, of Pennsauken, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 19, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release on Friday, Sept. 27. Joey Osias, 25, was arrested on Sunday, Sept. 22, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release.
