Jersey Shore Ex-Con Pleads Guilty To Cocaine, Gun Charges: Prosecutors A Barnegat ex-convict admitted to selling cocaine and having a gun, authorities said. Clifford Holland, 48, pleaded guilty on Monday, Sept. 9 to two charges, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release on Wednesday, Sept. 11. He was arrested in Barnegat on Friday, Feb. 23. Police executed a search warrant at a home on Gunning River Road. Detectives seized an undisclosed amount of cocaine and a .22-caliber revolver. Atlantic City Cocaine Dealer With Homemade Billy Club Pleads Guilty, Prosecutors Say An Atlantic City man admitted to selling cocaine and having several weapons, including a homemade billy club, authorities said. Earnest Carroll, 69, pleaded guilty on Wednesday, July 31 to second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and second-degree manufacturing/distributing cocaine. The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office announced his plea in a news release on Thursday, Aug. 1. Absecon police stopped Carroll in a car he was driving on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2022.
