A Cape May Court House man was accused of stealing from about a dozen vehicles, authorities said. William Colbourne, 52, was arrested in the case, the Middle Township Police Department said in a news release. He was charged after about 12 vehicle burglaries were reported in Cape May Court House between Saturday, Aug. 31, and Monday, Sept. 9. Man Shoots, Kills Ex-Girlfriend In South Jersey Murder-Suicide: Prosecutors
A man shot and killed his ex-girlfriend in a murder-suicide in Vineland, authorities said. The 21-year-old woman identified as "M.R." and the 22-year-old man identified as "J.C.S." died in the shooting on Monday, Aug. 26, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said in a news release. A former Ocean City lifeguard and Atlantic County teacher avoided jail time after he was accused of sexual misconduct, authorities said.
