A 19-year-old Eastampton man is accused of opening fire on an occupied car during a dispute in Burlington City last month, authorities said. The incident happened the night of Aug. 14 near York Street and Clarkson Street in the city’s New Yorkshire section, Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L.
