Utah Man Who Threatened To Shoot Up NY Synagogue Arrested In NJ: Report, Nypd A Utah man accused of making online threats against a prominent New York City synagogue was arrested in New Jersey over the weekend, according to the NYPD and ABC7. A spokesperson for the NYPD said an individual was arrested by the Port Authority Police Department on the New Jersey side of the Lincoln Tunnel around 5:30 p.m. Friday.
