Michael Cimback Jr., 72, was killed in the hit-and-run crash on Thursday, Nov. 7, the Vineland Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to the wreck near the intersection of West Landis and Coney avenues at around 5:25 p.m. Investigators said a dark green Honda sedan was heading west on West Landis Avenue when the car struck Cimback while he was pushing a shopping cart across the road. Armando Garcia, 52, of Vineland was heading east on East Sherman Avenue in a 2009 Nissan Pathfinder when he veered off the road, just east of Hance Bridge Road, and struck a tree around 12:35 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, Vineland police said.
