Atlantic City Robbery Fugitive Arrested On NJ Transit Train, Police Say A Galloway Township man wanted in an Atlantic City robbery was taken into custody on a New Jersey Transit train, authorities said. Manuel Alicea, 30, was arrested on Monday, Aug. 26, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. He was captured on the train at the Egg Harbor City station. Police said Alicea was a fugitive wanted for pistol-whipping a man on the 1100 block of Arctic Avenue on Wednesday, Aug. 14.
