A family was rallying for support after a Lindenwold toddler was killed in a crash in Evesham Township, according to a fundraising campaign. A GoFundMe page identified a three-year-old named Amiri as the victim of the Wednesday, Oct. 16 crash. Evesham police said the boy died after the wreck on Route 73 near Holtec Drive. Amiri was survived by his pregnant mother Jahamala Traylor, his father Kerry, and his three siblings. A 3-year-old boy has died after being struck by an 81-year-old driver on a busy New Jersey roadway, police said. The Lindenwold boy was struck by a southbound Cherry Hill man on Route 73 at Holtec Drive around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16 in Evesham, according to local police. Evesham police officers and firefighters immediately initiated life-saving efforts on the child, who was taken to Cooper Hospital. Police later announced that the boy had died.
