Missing Central PA Man Sought By State Police A 65-year-old is missing, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Friday night, Oct. 25.  Mark Eugene Wagner, of Millersburg, was last seen at his home in the 100 block of Par 3 Drive on Thursday, Oct. 24, at approximately 11:30 a.m., PSP detailed in the release.  He is believed to be driving his black 2017 Toyota 4Runner with the PA license plate KMM-3496.
