US Marshals Capture NJ Woman Wanted In Stabbing 482 Miles Away
A New Jersey woman wanted in connection with a stabbing in Edison last year was arrested in Ohio on Wednesday, April 22, after fleeing the state, authorities said.
Dawn Burge, 36, was taken into custody by members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force in Elyria, Ohio, officials announced.
The arrest stems from a June 29, 2025 incident on Morgan Drive in Edison, where police responded to a reported domestic dispute and found a man suffering from stab wounds, authorities said.
