Body Of 19-Year-Old Bridge Jumper Recovered After 3 Weeks: Stafford PD The body of a missing 19-year-old who had plunged off of the Route 72 bridge last month has been found, Stafford police announced Thursday, Dec. 18. The man was reported missing following an incident at the Manahawkin Bridge on Tuesday, Nov. 25, authorities said. Following a three-week search, he was located by the New Jersey State Police Marine Services Bureau, who used sonar equipment and the West Tuckerton Fire Department Team recovered the body approximately 200 meters north of the bridge, police said.
