A 26-year-old teacher at Sterling High School was arrested and charged with having sex with a student, authorities said. Jason Howe, a Runnemede resident, had sex with the female student at his apartment last month, Camden County Prosecutor Grace. MacAulay and Runnemede Police Chief William Sampolski said.
