In all three incidents, the vehicles were unlocked, and the keys were left inside, Phillipsburg police said. Officers are asking the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity. Phillipsburg Man Used 3D Printer To Manufacture Handgun, Ammo: Prosecutor A 40-year-old Phillipsburg man is facing charges for using a 3D printer to manufacture a firearm and ammunition, authorities said.  A search of Michael Weaver's home on Monday, Aug. 26, turned up two 3D printers, a 9mm handgun, thousands of rounds of multi-caliber ammunition, and equipment to manufacture such ammunition, Acting Warren County Prosecutor Anthony Picione said. Weaver has been charged with manufacturing a firearm using a 3D printer; unlawful possession of a weapon; and certain person not to have a weapon or ammunition.

Gunman Arrested After Firing Shots In Phillipsburg: Prosecutor A man was arrested and charged after shots were fired in Phillipsburg on Thursday, May 23, authorities said. At 8:35 p.m., officers in Phillipsburg responded to Stockton Street and Mercer Street and confirmed shots were fired, Acting Warren County Prosecutor Anthony Picione said. Khalil Thomas was identified as the suspect and charged with multiple weapons offenses, aggravated assault, terroristic threats and refusing to allow law enforcement to fingerprint him, Picione said.
