Troopers responded to the southbound side of the parkway at around 4:20 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, a state police spokesperson said. Investigators said a Honda Accord and Honda Civic crashed head-on near milepost 102.8. A Volkswagen Jetta hit the back of the Civic, causing the Honda to catch fire.
