Two PA Men Killed Fixing Tire On Route 78: Njsp Two Pennsylvania men were killed after being struck by a vehicle while fixing a tire on Route 78 in Somerset County, authorities said. At 5:25 p.m., a Toyota minivan with a flat tire was stopped on the right shoulder on Route 78 Westbound in Warren Township, Sgt. Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.
