Man, 34, Beaten To Death In Central Jersey Street Fight: Prosecutors A New Brunswick man was beaten to death in the city over the weekend, authorities said. Oscar Sanchez, 34, died on Sunday, Oct. 13, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said in a news release on Tuesday, Oct. 15. New Brunswick police responded to a 911 call on Comstock Street at around 3:03 a.m. Officers found Sanchez unconscious and performed CPR on him. Police ID Man, 38, Killed By Car In New Brunswick Authorities have identified the 38-year-old man who was struck and killed by a vehicle overnight in New Brunswick. James Boyer, a city resident was struck by a vehicle driven by a 32-year-old man on Townsend Street around 12:50 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and New Brunswick Chief Vincent Sabo said. Boyer pronounced dead at Robert Wood Hospital.
