Portnoy Gifts Fan Buffalo Chicken Slice During Review Of Jersey Shore Pizzeria
Buffalo chicken pizza isn't Dave Portnoy's taste. And neither is a floppy crust. The Barstool CEO, continuing his "One Bite" review stint along the Jersey Shore stopped by Salerno's in Hazlet. The Bethany Road pizzeria threw in a free slice of buffalo chicken, but Portnoy made it abundantly clear, it's not his thing. So much so that he gave it to a nearby fan. Portnoy ultimately gave the pizza 7.3, deducting points for a floppy crust, but the fan reviewed his free slice of buffalo chicken: 8.3.

Pizza? At A Brewery? Here's How Portnoy Scored Pies At This NJ Beer Spot
The Jersey Shore pizza tour continues. At a brewery. Barstool Sports CEO Dave Portnoy stopped by Alternate Ending Beer Co. in Aberdeen to try its pies. To be clear, the kitchen is run by Talula's, an Asbury Park-based restaurant whose website touts sourdough pizza. Portnoy, on the second stop of his "One Bite" review tour, said the pie was Detroit-style, and more of a winter pizza. "It looks heavy, it is heavy," he said. "It's good stuff — it's heavy." His final score? 7.2.

Pizza From Brothers' NJ Shop Leaves Crunch To Be Desired, Portnoy Says
Dave Portnoy is kicking off another "One Bite" New Jersey pizza review tour in Old Bridge. Barstool Sports' CEO stopped by Via Sposito in Old Bridge, where he said he had one day to load up on pies before his colonoscopy. That's besides the point. On to the pizza. Portnoy ultimately gave the pizza a 7.4, telling owner Anthony Esposito his pies could use a little bit more crunch — but putting it in a cardboard box definitely wasn't helping. Via Sposito is owned by Anthony and his brother, Vincent Esposito Jr., both fourth generation Italians whose family previously lived in Brooklyn,…
