Two South Jersey men were accused of stealing from businesses in three states, authorities said. Devin Arnold, 22, of Galloway Township, and 20-year-old Laqua Tucker of Pleasantville were arrested on Friday, June 14, the Galloway Township Police Department said in a news release. A Florida-based company is recalling whole cucumbers that were shipped to 14 states, but may be contaminated with Salmonella, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced. The National Weather Service says another round of thunderstorms is right around the corner. Wednesday, May 29 will start out sunny with a high of 78. Come the late afternoon, showers with "a few thunderstorms" and a chance of downpours are likely across New Jersey and parts of Pennsylvania, the NWS says. Storms are expected to being around 3 p.m., with a higher chance of heavier rain in North Jersey than South Jersey. 2.9 Magnitude Earthquake Rattles New Jersey
New Jersey was rattled by a small earthquake on Friday morning, May 24, the USGS reports. It happened at 3:50 a.m. in Tewksbury, approximately 6 kilometers southwest of Gladstone, the USGS says. The Ramapo Fault System, which runs through NY, PA, NJ, MD, and VA, has clearly been a hot spot. Countless quakes and aftershocks have developed along the system since the 4.8-magnitude earthquake on April 5.

Two Rounds Of Thunderstorms Predicted In NJ, PA: Here's Timing
The National Weather Service is predicting two rounds of thunderstorms in New Jersey and Pennsylvania on Thursday, May 23. The first is expected in the morning northwest of the I-95 corridor through noon, and the second in the afternoon and evening along the Jersey Shore and in South Jersey (see map above).
