A wanted Philadelphia woman was accused of threatening to kill a worker at a store on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, authorities said. Fatima Gadson, 33, was arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 20, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. She was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, simple assault, terrorist threats, and obstruction of justice. A massive fire ripped through two apartments in downtown Atlantic City, injuring nine people and displacing more than six dozen residents, many of whom were international students, officials said. The five-alarm blaze on the first block of South Georgia Avenue started at around 7:50 a.m. on Thursday, July 11, city fire Chief Scott Evans said. Two wanted men were arrested after being accused of having a gun and methamphetamine in a rideshare vehicle in Atlantic City, authorities said. Atlantic City police responded to a report of an armed man on the 2800 block of Pacific Avenue on Friday, June 28, the department said in a news release.
