Fire Displaces Camden County Resident A Camden County resident was displaced by a house fire that broke out Sunday afternoon, Nov. 3, police said. The Gloucester Township Police Department was dispatched to 4 Edinburgh Road in the Blackwood section of Gloucester Township just before 3:40 p.m., police said. Upon arrival, heavy smoke and flames were coming from the home. The resident was not home at the time of the fire, and no residents were injured as a result of the fire. Firefighters Battle Apartment Blaze In South Jersey Firefighters from multiple departments in South Jersey battled an apartment fire, authorities said. On Tuesday, July 30, at approximately 9:20 p.m., Gloucester Township Police Officers were dispatched to 1341 Blackwood Clementon Road, Millbridge Apartments, Building 900, in response to a reported apartment fire. Fire departments from Blackwood, Chews Landing, Erial and Lambs Terrace, along with departments from Pine Hill, Runnemede, and Bellmawr, responded and successfully brought the fire under control, police said.
