Scott Segreaves was operating a vehicle on Water Street in Milford Borough when New Jersey State Police Staff Sergeant Nicholas Pryszlak attempted to catch up to his car in connection with a speeding violation on Oct. 28, the State Attorney General's Office said this week. Grzegorz Wolak was in a red Ford Explorer when he struck Rachel McNeil on Passaic and Aycrigg avenues around 11:15 p.m. April 10, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M.
