Pedestrian Critically Injured, Driver Hospitalized In South Jersey Crash: Police A Franklin Township woman was critically injured when she was hit while crossing a road in Malaga, authorities said. The 20-year-old woman was struck near the Riggins and Wawa gas stations, the Franklin Township Police Department said in a news release on Friday, Oct. 11. Officers responded to the crash at around 7:49 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9. Police found the woman lying in the southbound lane of Delsea Drive and a white pickup with front-end damage.
