A 30-year-old driver was killed and his passenger injured in a Vineland shooting over the weekend, authorities said. Mark Brown was found unresponsive in the driver's seat of the vehicle by police responding to reports of shots fired around 9:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18 at Southeast Boulevard between Sherman and Grant avenues, the prosecutor's office said. The New Jersey Attorney General's Office is investigating a police-involved shooting that left a citizen dead on Saturday, Oct. 19, the office said.
