The company announced on Monday, Sept. 9 that it will sell its assets to an affiliate of private equity firm Nexus Capital Management. The truck fire occurred on Route 78 East West of Exit 13 on Union Township and has caused two right lanes of three lanes to be closed, the New Jersey Department of Transportation said.  The current travel time is 45 to 50 minutes, the New Jersey Department of Transportation said.
