Forbes Ranks Essex County Billionaires Among Richest People In America "Forbes" has released its list of richest American residents. And, yet again, three New Jersey residents were named. Rocco Commisso, John Overdeck, and Peter Kellogg all made the cut. The billionaire trio also were ranked among the richest billionaires in the world last April by Forbes. On the Forbes 400 list of Americans, Overdeck came in at No. 160, with a net worth of $7.4B; Commisso at No. 200 with a net worth of $6.4B; and Kellogg at No. 288 with a net worth of $4.6B.
