According to police papers obtained by Daily Voice, the 31-year-old Paterson man who caused the crash on Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne had been trying to end his own life, but ended up injuring a 44-year-old motorist instead. Man Smashing Windshields At Wayne Diner With Rocks Spits On 3 Arresting Officers: Cops A 27-year-old West Milford man was arrested for throwing rocks and smashing windows of parked cars at a Wayne diner, including a police car, and spit on arresting officers, authorities said.
