Haggerty, 66, died peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Monday, May 4, according to her obituary on the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home website. She was serving as a township commissioner at the time of her death and was among the few women in the township’s history to hold the role, her obituary reads.
