NJ Man Who Threatened To Kill Dog, Brandished Taser In Road Rage Incident Sentenced: Prosecutor
A 29-year-old Toms River man was sentenced to three years in prison on Tuesday, Aug. 18, after pleading guilty to making threats in a road rage incident, authorities said.
Frank Marin pleaded guilty to terroristic threats, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.
On Friday, Sept. 12, officers responded to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Atlantic City after someone stopped for an ambulance crossing during an intersection only for Marin, driving a white Nissan Altima, to run through a red light and almost collide with his car, authorities said.

Danielle Teplicky, a special education teacher from New Jersey, died suddenly, leaving behind three pets that need homes, loved ones say.
Danielle Teplicky died Thursday, Aug. 13, according to a GoFundMe launched by Kaitlyn Amato.
Teplicky was based in Linden and worked as a special education teacher in Elizabeth, according to her LinkedIn profile.
She was a 1994 graduate of Roselle Catholic High School, according to a post shared by the Roselle Catholic High School Alumni group.
