PA Arsonist In Stolen Car Who Fled From Cops Surrenders: Ocean County Prosecutor A 29-year-old Pennsylvania woman was arrested and charged with setting fires and fleeing from police in Ocean County last weekend, authorities said.  On Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 8:40 p.m., the Surf City Police and Fire Departments were dispatched for a report of a structure fire on North Central Avenue, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said.
