Heroes! Secaucus Police Help Resuscitate Man Four Secaucus police officers helped resuscitate an unresponsive man on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 18, authorities said. Officers responded to the 200 block of Julianne Terrace and discovered the man was not breathing, Secaucus police said. Sergeant Nicholas Spangenberg and officer Thomas Schaffer began performing CPR,  police said. While CPR was being performed, officers Matthew Cutola and Thomas Spuler readied a defibrillator and assisted with the CPR until EMTs arrived and continued CPR, police said.
