Teen Hid Recording Device Inside Multiple Bathrooms Including Jersey City Mall: Prosecutor An 18-year-old Jersey City resident was arrested and charged on Tuesday, Oct. 1 after police found he hid a recording device inside a public restroom at a local mall, authorities said.
