At 6:26 a.m., officers observed Juan Maldonado on his bicycle on the 2500 block of Pacific Avenue, Atlantic City police said. Maldonado had an active warrant out for his arrest, stemming from a shooting on Saturday, Aug. 17, on the 100 block of north Georgia Avenue that wounded a man, police said. Trio Indicted In Plot To Murder Jersey Shore Man, Prosecutors Say A grand jury indicted three men accused of plotting to shoot and kill another man in Jackson Township, authorities said. Michael Vulpis of Freehold Borough, Noah Phelps of Monroe Township, and Glenn Franzson of Jackson Township were indicted on Wednesday, Sept. 18, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release. Police arrested 37-year-old Leon Henry and 36-year-old Kishon Woodall on Wednesday, July 31 after a two-month drug-dealing investigation, the department said in a news release. Detectives executed two search warrants at homes on the 1900 block of Caspian Avenue and the 500 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard.
