The blue 2016 Subaru Legacy that belonged to Dashand Stokelin of Atlantic City was recovered from the Clam Thorofare, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release on Friday, Oct. 4. Investigators said a boater through his sonar noticed something that appeared to be a car under the water.
