Serious crashes on both the southbound Taconic State Parkway and Route 9 caused delays during the Friday morning commute.
The Taconic crash occurred in Putnam Valley just before 8 a.m. at Peekskill Hollow Road.
The Route 9 crash, reported at 8:30, was southbound at Route 9A.
