Woman Killed In Crash Involving Car, SUV In Northern Westchester A 24-year-old Northern Westchester woman killed in a car crash on Sunday has been identified. Ruth Alexandra Cajamarca-Paccha of Ossining was killed around 7:42 a.m. Sunday during a head-on crash on Route 9 just south of Sleepy Hollow Road in Briarcliff Manor, said Mount Pleasant Police Capt. Michael Pierce. Cajamarca-Paccha was a passenger in a 2013 Chevrolet Spark that collided with a 2016 Ford Explorer.
