A southbound crash blocked two lanes of I-684 just south of Exit 4 (Route 172) in Bedford, and in New Castle, on the Taconic State Parkway, a disabled vehicle was reported north of Exit 8. Route 129 in Yorktown was closed due to a downed tree which pulled utility lines into the roadway.
