The father of a 2-year-old girl who was allegedly killed by her mother in Mamaroneck is reportedly suing, claiming that police, attorneys and child protective workers could have saved the child, according to lohud.com.
Cynthia Arce, 29, was arraigned on a murder charge last year for the death of her daughter, Gabriella Boyd, who was killed last year. Arce has pleaded not guilty to the charges against her.

Death Of Westchester Toddler Ruled A Homicide, Says Attorney
After months of waiting, the death of a 3-year-old Mamaroneck girl, Gabriella Boyd, has been ruled a homicide, the attorney for the toddler's father said Wednesday.
Martin Rosen, the attorney who represents Stephen Boyd in civil matters, said he was told by prosecutors that following an autopsy Gabriella's death has been ruled a homicide.
"I have not seen the autopsy, but I will talk with Stephen after he has time to review the findings," Rosen said.
