Carmel Man Faces Felony Charge After Operating Vehicle With 27 Separate Suspensions A man with more than two dozen suspensions on his driver’s license is facing a felony charge after being stopped for a traffic infraction in Putnam County, the Sheriff’s Office announced. Members of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit on patrol on Fair Street in Carmel on Thursday, Jan. 9, stopped a motorist near George Fischer Middle School.
